Word Processing - Tests proficiency

Spelling - The basic spelling
test requires test taker's to review a series of common words, then identify
and correct any words that are misspelled.
Grammar - The TapDance® grammar
test evaluates an individual's basic grammar skills in six critical areas:
usage, capitalization, abbreviation, plural words, possessives and conjugations.
Business Math - This test evaluates
an individual's math skills in addition, subtraction, multiplication, and
percentages.
Timed Typing - The applicant
types from a multi-paragraph document. This test assesses an individual's
typing speed and accuracy through word and error counts. This test uses
basic business terminology and has a Flesch-Kincaid reading difficulty
level of approximately 6th grade.
Statistical Typing - This test
is identical in structure to the timed typing test, but it incorporates
more numeric passages and includes common statistical formatting. This
test also assesses an individual's typing speed and accuracy through word
and error counts and has a Flesch-Kincaid reading difficulty level of approximately
6th grade.
Data Entry - The test taker is
required to enter data from the test cards (provided in the package or
created by you to match your custom input fields) within the amount of
time established by you, the test administrator. This test assesses an
individual's keystroke speed (both keystrokes per hour and keystrokes per
minute) and accuracy (error counts).
10-Key Format - This test is
identical in structure to the standard data entry test, but it utilizes
numeric data elements rather than text and alphanumeric elements.

abbreviation, plural words, possessives and conjugations.
Bank Proofreading - The applicant
views two columns of data: numbers, amounts, and other financial information.
Some of the items do not match. The applicant will correct any errors so
that both columns are identical.
Business Math - This test evaluates
an individual's math skills in addition, subtraction, multiplication, and
percentages.
