TapDance typing test package allows companies to test computer keyboard skills of job applicants, job candidates, as well as employees. The typing test packages are valid instruments that tests all aspects of keyboard skills. The typing test packages may be customized so that all content within the typing test packages are linked to actual work processed by the company. The TapDance typing test package was developed by Ph.D. level industrial/organizational psychologists. All typing tests are content valid skills tests and adhere to the Uniform Guidelines on Employee Selection and Assessment. Each typing test package is timed and results are checked for accuracy of data imput as well as the length time required to complete the typing test tasks. All reports in the typing test module may be saved or printed out for immediate review.
