TapDance ten key test package allows companies to test computer keyboard skills of job applicants, job candidates, as well as employees. The ten key test packages are valid instruments that tests all aspects of keyboard skills. The ten key test packages may be customized so that all content within the ten key test packages are linked to actual work processed by the company.
The TapDance ten key test package was developed by Ph.D. level industrial/organizational psychologists. All ten key tests are content valid skills tests and adhere to the Uniform Guidelines on Employee Selection and Assessment. Each ten key test package is timed and results are checked for accuracy of data imput as well as the length time required to complete the ten key test tasks. All reports in the ten key test module may be saved or printed out for immediate review.
