TapDance pre employment screening test package allows companies to test computer keyboard skills of job applicants, job candidates, as well as employees. The pre employment screening test packages are valid instruments that tests all aspects of keyboard skills. The pre employment screening test packages may be customized so that all content within the pre employment screening test packages are linked to actual work processed by the company.
The TapDance pre employment screening test package was developed by Ph.D. level industrial/organizational psychologists. All pre employment screening tests are content valid skills tests and adhere to the Uniform Guidelines on Employee Selection and Assessment. Each pre employment screening test package is timed and results are checked for accuracy of data imput as well as the length time required to complete the pre employment screening test tasks. All reports in the pre employment screening module may be saved or printed out for immediate review.
