TapDance Microsoft Word® skill test package allows companies to test computer keyboard skills of job applicants, job candidates, as well as employees. The Microsoft Word® skill test packages are valid instruments that tests all aspects of keyboard skills. The Microsoft Word® skill test packages may be customized so that all content within the Microsoft Word® skill test packages are linked to actual work processed by the company.
The TapDance Microsoft Word® skill test package was developed by Ph.D. level industrial/organizational psychologists. All Microsoft Word® skill tests are content valid skills tests and adhere to the Uniform Guidelines on Employee Selection and Assessment. Each Microsoft Word® skill test package is timed and results are checked for accuracy of data imput as well as the length time required to complete the Microsoft Word® skill test tasks. All reports in the Micorsoft Word® test module may be saved or printed out for immediate review.
