TapDance 10 key test package allows companies to test computer keyboard skills of job applicants, job candidates, as well as employees. The 10 key test package is a valid instruments that assesses all aspects of 10 key keyboard skills. The 10 key test package may be customized so that all content within the 10 key test package is linked to actual work processed by the company.
The TapDance 10 key test package was developed by Ph.D. level industrial/organizational psychologists. All 10 key tests are content valid skills tests and adhere to the Uniform Guidelines on Employee Selection and Assessment. Each 10 key test package is timed and results are checked for accuracy of data imput as well as the length time required to complete the 10 key test tasks. All reports in the 10 key test module may be saved or printed out for immediate review.
